If you are already enrolled and you are adding another child to your family enrollment. All that is required is a new Church School Enrollment Form, a Family Information Form and if you are coming from a public school a Request For Records Form.

Print, fill out and mail to Rosewood Academy and High School with a note explaining additional child. Once processed the original will be mailed back to you to give to the BOE.
