My Senior is ready to Graduate       2023-24                                                                                                                                                                                    Rosewood Academy of Life Connected Ministries.  Thank you for caring, faith and helping people overcome adversity.

High School students have several ways to work towards a diploma.
Of course, there is the traditional textbook path, earn credits through a portfolio or by means of essays and research, and don’t forget life experiences and work/apprentice opportunities.

Rosewood Academy requires every family to keep good records of their student’s subjects of study, end of the year grades, extra curricular activities, test scores, and any honors or awards. These records will be required when the student has finished all course work for High School and a transcript is needed.

Click on Diploma Requirements for help in determing courses and credits needed for each type of diploma. These forms are for your use and are not the forms Rosewood needs to create the transcript.  That form is below.

If your Senior is ready to graduate and needs a transcript and diploma, please click on the link below "Transcript for Graduating Senior", print form, fill out, sign and mail to Rosewood Academy & High School with your signature. Transcript for Graduating Senior
